Avoid Shenzhou Car Rental
I rented a car from shenzhou once and I will never use it again. They tried to charge me more and rip me off. Dont trust this whatever this company says. Using shenzhou will be worst decision you make in China. Run for your life if you accidentally use it. As for this app, dont download it. You will regret it.
